when you knock the wall you can hear hollow sound, although there is test showed that it can be stronger than conventional house but malaysian still not really can accept hollow sound wall unless the price is much lower than conventional one.

i went to iris HD in bukit jalil, visited their koto system at the roof of building, everything looked good, but after receiving their quotation to build the house, the cost is too much higher than conventional building cost, even though time is money but still considered as high, not many developer can accept it....
