Last night, for me was time worth spending with some buddies wishing for M'sia to win gold medals in the Commonwealth Games badminton doubles. And they did it. Well done, Congratulations!! Only to find out this morning news that M'sia did not achieved the gold medals target and trailed behind S'pore in gold medals tally. Media bashing!

#famjenny, #mymosmi & #dreamhunter thank you for the sharing on herbal remedies and alternative healthy lifestyles. More importantly for touching on the subject of death without fear, anger nor prejudice.

Now, I better pay attention to a friend in identifying the herbs 'land heart head', 'Black face General', 'Sabah snake grass', 'red cane Wu' & 'South African leaves'. I am pretty sure these can be cultivated in our soil. And glad to know that one source of supply is at the Pudu market. And never a bad thing to share this knowledge with others. One would be surprised that little is known about the cures and this herbs are available locally.

I've had taken brewed 'black face general' & raw 'Sabah snake grass' before. No trace of bitter tasting & goes down easily into the stomach.
I'm glad to say that I have always been in good health.

#DH account of the taxi driver who had looked after this sick wife passed away earlier and through sick health too. This reminded me of my Father. My Mother who had suffered strokes and had faced death twice out lived my healthy Father. My Mother lived through without regrets because of the dedicated care from loved ones, my Father & my sister and siblings concerns without forgetting. What I intend to say is this. While it is utmost important to give full attention to the critically sick, it is often forgotten to give attention and support to the care givers who sacrifices themselves which leads to not getting enough rest or sleep and not getting proper food. How, easily they neglect themselves. And to those who gives support by the side must make this observations should contribute to the caregivers comfort too!

Lastly, I wonder if #DreamHunter would still have a chance to contact the taxi driver's wife again to find out where is the clinic in Sri Petaling. For if it was quite recent event, the wife might still have the clinic's packing with her.
