IT's just my opinion and don't see any reason why sumatec wants the right issue to raise the fund from public as we know that sumatec has enough fund to expand theirs business.

Question is, "Do you have the money to participate?"

"Price dive" for a known positive reason such as RI is always acceptable. Suma's RI is to raise capital for expansion and not for debts reduction. This in itself is most welcome by many an investor.

What ever form of funding Suma would undertake, it does look like mgm't is going for all 3 methods: PP, RI & Bond issues.

Bond issues has obvious advantage in that it is long term borrowings. PP have to have an amount of performance guarantee to investors. RI can raise more funds compared to PP (in this case Suma story looks good, growth potential looks solid). RI is a risk to investors because there is no provision guaranteed. That's why RI offer has to be enticing for investors to part with their money. PP & RI both do not have interests repayment from company perspective.

Be prepared for an RI offer to reinvest because small time investors can easily get caught out. This is my only concern provided the growth story remains intact.

What to expect from contra players? No capital but try luck bcoz they got oversized confidence. Only when poor market sentiment contra kakis hold back.....

Everybody has their own reasons for buying and holding on suma. I respect that. And who doesn't know Suma is debt free especially the media has been talking abt it since a few months back. Have anyone seen Suma's B/s? Good luck. Pray that all those who bought are right.
