About ESOS(Employees Share Options Scheme). It comes in 3-parts: allocation, entitlement & exercise.

At this juncture of BURSA's announcement designated shares to individual employees will be listed by the company in the stock exchange.

Staff members with the allocations & entitlement were informed if they wanted to exercise in this round of listing. Options are as follow:

1). Sell on the day of listing. The company will sell the employee's portion on listing date. The base price is the ESOS price which is 0.244 (SUMA).

2). Hold on the date of listing. The employee decides to trade on a separate date. The employee of the company will have to pay-up an amount prior to listing date. Shares will then be transferred to the employee trading account. The employee decides to trade on a separate date.

With the current news flow giving Sumatec an excellent future it would be silly to sell it now, if one is not desperate for cash.

He is what Chinese described "snake head". If remains in BOD, he sees opportunity to enrich himself...want that kind of person???

CYP is substantial shareholder wit approx. 7% interest in SUMA. He had lead SUMA into PN17 with massive debts. TSHS saw opportunity to "take-over" and made a deal...CYP is compensated very well...CYP is holding to his position in the hope that he gets infinitely more hence, pressing down on SUMA current price..he cannot contribute at all in bringing new financing to SUMA.

I hope the resolution CYP re-elect as Direction gets REJECTED!!!
