（吉隆坡2日訊）大馬人愛吃雞，平均每人每年食用多達42公斤雞肉！這也為連續10年只虧不盈，綜合家禽供應商陳兄弟格尼（DBE，7179，主要板消費）邁入雞年帶來新契機，料迎來2005年以來的首次全年盈利。



陳兄弟格尼2005財年陷虧，2016財年開始好轉，截至去年9月底，上財年首3季獲118萬令吉淨利。

該公司董事經理拿督陳善發受訪時透露，隨著肯德基加碼續約，公司業績將明顯改善，上財年全年應可保住盈利，引進新業務后，獲利亦可持續。

“肯德基過去7年一直維持1500萬令吉訂單，上財年加碼至5000萬令吉，對公司是一大幫助。”



需求日益加強

此外，全球對雞隻的食用量逐年升高，大馬人更是愛吃雞，平均每人每年食用多達42公斤雞肉！

陳善發指出，雞隻市場供需穩定，本地人更是酷愛吃雞，食量比亞洲其他市場更大，印尼平均僅吃約10公斤。

“雞肉算是肉類中蛋白質攝取量最高又最便宜的選項，隨著人們生活水平和健康意識與日俱增，對雞肉的需求也越來越高。”

即便如此，市場對雞肉的品質還是眾說紛紜，注射荷爾蒙、長肉劑等傳聞不絕于身。

他指出，現在養雞不再像過去，採取的是更科學及專業的方式，比如說全冷氣控制溫度設備、營養師搭配的飼料比重等。

“不止是整個行業非常專業，由于雞隻價格不高，若真的是注射長肉劑，根本就無法抵消高成本，吃力不討好。”

“我可以說一句，本地的雞隻還是非常安全的，看我養雞還在吃雞，就是最好證明，否則我早就不敢吃了。”

令吉續貶提高風險

陳善發指出，家禽業主要風險來自匯率及原產品，約90%至95%為進口飼料；今年令吉持續貶值導致風險升高，所幸原產品價格保持價位，整體尚在掌握中。

他亦認為，受市場環境限制，國內整個家禽養殖行業都在轉變，業者轉型、引進外資，故陳兄弟格尼也在去年引進台資及炸雞品牌HARUMi，業務多元化至餐飲零售。

“肉雞價格屬市場浮動或定價，獲利並不完全在我們掌握之中，但是當公司把產品增值成炸雞、有了本身的配方、品牌和定位后，我們就有定價的能力。”

不僅如此，陳善發亦相信，有了本身的炸雞配方和品牌，一旦炸雞在本地廣獲支持，即能夠帶著品牌進軍海外，東南亞至整個亞洲市場都在考慮范圍內，進而提高收益。

他指出，公司上下已經明確看到未來發展方針及方向，會專注發展HARUMi品牌。

“我們已經看到未來方向，不會是漫無目的地經營，也沒有不積極發展的理由，有信心接下來的財年會持續取得盈利。”

陳善發透露，2016財年是個好的開始，預計HARUMi業務會在本財年貢獻30%營業額，並在2018財年將比重增至營業額70%。
