@satha44 : You can search with SSM for annual audit report prior to listing, if prior to listing director remuneration is high, but for listing purposes director temporary lower down their remuneration, so that can have higher valuation for IPO purposes.......was this involve cheating ...... ?

@satha44, beside the news to construct headquarters recently, I did see any development from the company, but heard a lot of negative comment of the company..........like the director may pay with high remuneration rather than pay dividend to shareholders, their services is bad, majority of client based are low margin range,...etc.......

Above is what I heard ...... need to further clarify through monitor yearly annual report, but depend on how transparency are the report

Soft landing of course good, but don't be too pessimistic on hard landing. there are pro and con for both scenario. UK Government is not stupid, if decision for hard landing outcome, for sure they have plan "B" for UK economy. Some inform from friend of UK. UK Government will open up their education sector to attract more foreign student study in UK especially student from China. if this is true, i do not know how good it will benefit to UK economy, but sure good for property market in UK. and believe they will have more plan for their country to moving forward

either Scenario crystallised, there must be an un avoidable transition period for the market to adjust and to balance up. just time only

Just curious, there was an agenda "Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Proposed Share Buy-Back" required shareholders to approve in every AGM for past many many year. i did not aware at all that Director utilize company fund to buy back company share instead they personally keep buying for themselves aggressively.

Since the money in the company is keepping for investment opportunity, and the current share price is highly under value, why not utilise internal fund to re-investment in own company by "Share buy Back" as is will improve "Earning Per Share", "Dividend per share", "Price per share" of company

As Management of the company should stand firm that decision make shall favour to company, employees and shareholders first then only themselves.

And obviously, holding valuable assets is not attract interest of investor, Director have to do more to make company more profitability. As most of the fund manager are looking at earning power of the company and ofcourse the potential grow in the future.

the longer time that we had been wait, the lesser time left for us to wait....be patient. in business who don't want to maximize the value of their company? and who don't want to realize and cash out at premium price? bear in mind, there are still other businessman holding substantial amount of share in company. those tycoon are all same like us....waiting for durian to drop...ha ha....cheers

1st Qtr 2019 result announce this May'19 you will know was the price "factor in" the market condition or not

Based on Port Klang data, Import and export volume drop 25% in Feb’2019, if uncertainty on China / US trade war keep defer, logistics sector will get worst.

With good assets based we all are save to keep and wait. We don’t have to worry so much on current uncertainty economy atmosphere surrounding us. And look at current price chart, Price is on it way for next wave..... hope the wave is strong enough to bring all of us to shore.
