frankly speaking..i dun hav a bigpay a/c ..i usually do transfer oversea with bank to bank..now i am applying for bigpay becoz i can do transfer to singapore thailand indo philipine bank and more infuture..which is better n faster n cheaper.

IF Got Virtual Bank license. They can start giving interest rate n they can pool a lot of fund n start giving loans to Airasia n AAX in preferential rate. Thus ditching the traditional bank reliance.And saving cost for AA n AAX in long term. And making decent profit in the mean time.

N bigpay currently dun profit much off forex exchange.thats their strong point. they earn from overnite interest on the payment sitting in their a/c.

i dun deny if the userbase is huge, the profit generated is also quite significant. Giving a RM100 per card is conservative as not everyone spend so much since Bigpay user are more youngster n the nonbank.If your friend spend 170k then i think he will not b using bigpay.
