Yes Yanz77. You can’t find the word ‘vaccine‘ in the agreement because there is no vaccine available now. How to include something which is not approved in a formal agreement? But you can see broader term such as medical product. Vaccine is a type of medical product.

From the agreement, you can read about Titijaya will make a separate announcement pertaining to their partnership with Sinopharm when the time is right. Hence, it’s an educated guess that vaccine will be included in the agreement once it’s final approved.

I believe Malaysia will announce such arrangements soon when time is right

So far from the ministers’ communication, although they didn’t specifically mention Sinopharm, but from their statements, we can make calculated guess that they are referring to Sinopharm’s vaccine, which are currently in phase III trials over so many countries covering over 50k people and also different races.

This show Sinopharm vaccines once obtained approval, will be suitable for the world, not just one or two races, like the western countries ones.

Why need to issue statement so urgently? Sinopharm Vaccine not yet get final approval so we can still collect at cheap levels now.

Titijaya boss has been so kind to let us buy cheap so we just collect more whenever it drops.

Remember do not play contra and do plan to hold until at least both Sinopharm vaccines obtain approval, which could be just few more months to go.

Good to see Titijaya gets good buying support near 0.50 despite reported loss in quarterly earning.

After consolidating between 0.50 - 0.55, we are ready to rebound towards 0.60 - 0.70 zone very soon.

Remember don’t contra on Titijaya, just buy and hold until Sinopharm vaccines get final approval. Sinopharm chairman stated its vaccine will be ready by Dec, which is just 3 months away.

Due to covid19 crisis, it’s within expectations for Titijaya to report quarterly loss like most of the listed companies out there. That’s the reason why Titijaya price has not been moving much for the past week. Operators wanted to use that opportunity to squeeze out weak holders too.

But now, property market is staging strong rebound as number of loan applications and approvals have improved across the board. With BNM cutting rates further, Titijaya property business should report millions of profit again in upcoming quarters.
