Based on the calculation above, the Warrant Component / Exercise Ratio of DSONIC-CA will be adjusted from 0.1667 (6 DSONIC-CA to 1 DSONIC Share) to 0.3333 (3 DSONIC-CA to 1 DSONIC Share).
The actual adjustments to DSONIC-CA will take effect immediately on the ex-date of the Proposed Bonus Issue to be announced by DSONIC.
This announcement is dated 31 March 2014.
