Most important question:

"I hope one of the attendees will ask what was the ASP, average selling price of gloves in June, July and August.

At the recent Comfort Glove AGM, the CEO said that he could increase his ASP by 5-10% every month depending on the type of customers. He would sell cheaper to his long-term customers and at higher prices for irregular customers. Due to Covid 19 pandemic, the demand far exceeds supply and he could easily increase his selling prices.

However, in the case of Top Glove, I have assumed that Top Glove could increase 10% of its ASP on month to month to calculate its 4th quarter profit which will be about 5 times its 3rd quarter profit. I have posted my article namely “Top Glove’s 4th Q profit is 5 times its 3rd Q profit” on i3investor.com and also on my blog: koonyewyin.com.

If Top Glove could increase its ASP by 10% month to month, its 4th quarter profit will be 5 times its 3rd quarter profit".

Reasonable forward PE for gloves counters...50x...｡◕‿◕｡

He did said don't read so much or trust those numbers...there are manipulation of numbers...but we check everything are reasonable okay...we signed n not against corporate law...is okay. Production cost must go up...I take conservative assumption...probably around...EPS...@0.50...unforseen circumstances applicable n other variables...forex exchange...interest rates. Too much numbers u might feel afraid...like a Chartered accountant. EQ...is still above 60%...Mr. Market will decide the price at the end of the day...◉‿◉

Harmful if Phase 3 trials not completed.

On the benefit side, my article assumed that we could quickly make millions of doses available before Phase 3 trials completed. I was wrong there too. We can and should ramp up production of vaccines before Phase 3 trials are over–and several manufacturers are doing just that, with government support. But these vaccines aren’t available in large quantities yet, and by the time they are, Phase 3 trials will be much further along.

One thing I’ve learned as a scientist is that if you get something wrong, you need to admit it, learn from the experience, and move on. I was wrong.
