The stock will follow the market sentiment for ACE counters and will be volatile in the short term - so, its hard to time buy or sell prices. There are some expert daytraders in i3 (whether you like it or not, optimus7 is one of them). You can follow them if you you have a strong heart.

If you like madiba's advice (she's only being helpful by disclosing all her research - buy/sell at your own risk), then wait for selling volume to really dwindle before buying.

If you are investing, wait for it to consolidate - I don't think that it will drop much as support is at 36 - 37sen. Just remember that shares don't go up in a straight line.

I favor madiba's (our pro resident analyst) view that it will continue to rally upto mid-May before an extended period of consolidation/minor correction. And she is usually right.

Hi chrissy - haven't actually chatted with u but hello!!

A lot of buy calls for P-Metal recently. Stock re-rated and TP raised. All saying US demand for aluminum cars is fantastic. The reality is that US dealers are loaded to the gills with car stocks as they are forced to take it from GM (push out inventory, then can report glowing P&L, some more a lot of ninja car loans to consumers).

The other factor is the huge power outage in Sarawak recently which caused extensive damage to P-metal's smelting plant - this does not seem to have been discounted.

But if the waves show that it is good for a punt, why not! But will have to be fifo.

Also, trading below 20dma and most technical indicators are probably neutral. Candlesticks last 2 trading days also don't look good.

But it will be good to hear what kuya hawk and bro matrixcool have to say.

The real problem is liquidity - can only buy small volumes and very hard to sell in big volumes. Also, major shareholder was selling about 2 - 3 wks back.

What I mean is that it should be in w5sw1 (after re-counting) but this wave appears weak. Maybe it is the stocks liquidity - very low. Recent rally from Feb 2014 appears to be built on hype - Indonesian O&G play and also the terribly located D Centrum development in Bangi. Doubt if there is any operator playing this stock -the volumes are just not there.

wee888: The problem nowadays is that people spend like they are rich and act rich. And in this stock market, everybody wants to become rich. As far as I am concerned, money is not important only if you already have it.

connie: I have been looking at Protasco also (friend wants to invest in this counter). Thought the same too but it seems a weak w5sw5 is now unfolding. Double top at 2.01/2.02 appears to be a problem.
