There must be some form of concrete plan, before investors are willing to pump in money for the PP and take over of RC’s shares. Costs for these 2 aint cheap too, both at 12 and 12.5, hence I think investor must have something brewing behind and waiting for the right time to unload it to market. Meanwhile from the look of it they are still accumulating.
