Why worry so much? Dato will not simply kill his companies. This is just proposal to test the market. He can withdraw his proposal anytime. Just today, he lost RM200 million on paper. Do you think he will insist want to proceed if the proposal is not working? He knows the consequences than us.

I think it is a good news. If the merger is canceled, why need to suspend 2 days? why not 1 day? Announce the cancellation is easy, no materials will be changed. All number of shares will be remained unchanged.

I'm sorry to say that the price is not significantly going down as you expected. This is because ESOS expense doesn't mean to the poor performance of Ekovest. Conversely, it shows that their staff are confident to subscribe the shares and didn't massively sell it to the open market after that.
