armt, we must understand that in a bad sentiment, people will sell regardless of fundamentals - knee jerk effect.

I would think zelan is still undervalued in FA, given the few upcoming projects/ on-going projects that they have on hand & it's fundamentals.

However, when it comes to valuation, that's very very subjective. Even if we give it a value, in the end it all depends on the mr market to decide on it's valuation.

we're talking about the macroeconomics per se, not the stock market.

And let's not forget, next year GST means consumer will have less spending power, and when people start keeping their money in biscuits tin, what does that indicating?

Financial sectors will also be hit due to bad loans lended out to O&G sectors. Besides that, property sector is having a slowdown.

1 - Financial sectors/ Banks are facing heavy losses from loans lend out to O&G industry.
2 - Oil and gas is depletable resources.
