美国利率期货市场预期联储局将于3月15日升息的机率28日冲高到80%，主因联储局决策官员表示不需要看到共和党税改计划及其他策之后才升息。

纽约区联储银行总裁杜雷（有投票权）表示，再次升息的可能性已变得“急迫许多。

这两位联储局官员的谈话公布后，联邦基金利率期货价格反映的3月升息机率，从当天稍早的50%升至76%，之后再上升到80%。不到一周前，3月升息机率只有34%。

市场等待特朗演说前夕，联储局官员的谈话令3月升息的机率升高，美元随即上涨。

联储局主席叶伦及其他决策官员最近一再警告，今年每次会议都是“活的”，包括3月14-15日的会议，但市场交易商一直都不相信。现在市场预期升息机率达80%，依照历史经验，一旦此数值超过50%时，显示这已符合升息条件。

AAX result consider good lah ..... You cant just ifx your eyes on the Net Profit line .... look at the cashflow ..... it has improved a lot .... debt also reduced ... gearing also improved .... Forex loss is just accounting entry because it is a long term liabilty losses ... just accounting entry and not invloving cold hard cash ..

i think 2morow morning certain retail investors will sell ( panic ) due to net profit down so much and cindycat will collect happily, : )

cash generated from operating activities for FY16 340m super good, : )

gearing ratio improved as borrowing both short and long term reduced, don't panic, institution players know how to evaluate financial statement, ha ha

中游客访马暴增83%

去年对中国关系升温的马来西亚和菲律宾，受惠中国政府解除旅游警告及签证限制，去年3月到12月赴大马中国游客暴增83%，赴菲律宾中国游客也增加40%。

大马首相纳吉去年11月访华，与中国签订了总值340亿美元的贸易协议；而菲律宾总统杜特尔特去年上台后，选择远离传统盟友美国，频频向中国示好。

AirAsia X has received clearance from the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) to fly to any destination in the the US, making its foray into an entirely new market as it looks beyond the Asia Pacific.
“The airline is the first Asian low-cost carrier to secure approval to operate scheduled passenger flights to the US,” it said on Tuesday.

AirAsia X is considering flights to several US states including Hawaii as part of its route expansion plans.

Its group CEO Datuk Kamarudin Meranun said this was a major milestone for AirAsia X.
