SDS has a solid management that focuses to improve the business. This is evident by every quarter growing from strength to strength. SDS strength lies in their low cost / no frills approach in bread and bakery targeting the mass market. They open cafes in smaller towns as competition is lower and able to obtain a good ROI. Just buy and keep for long term investment.

I am revising my target price to RM1.36 to as below:
1. Assuming no growth to the latest qr. Earnings per quarter will be RM0.0339
2. Annualized the earnings. RM0.0339 x 4 = RM0.1356
3. Ascribe PER 10 for TAS. RM0.1356 x 10 = RM1.36

A stock can keep going higher as long as fundamentals are in tact. Look at YTL Power, PGF Capital, TAS Offshore, Frontken, QL, MFCB. We want to ride these type of stocks for years.

Max2838, valuation is just a number. To make big money, ideally is to buy a company at low valuation and hold it till it reaches high valuation then only sell. For example, PE upgrade from 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 30x and beyond. This is how we can compound wealth and make big money.

Despite the seasonally weaker demand of this quarter, PGF manage to achieve the second highest quarterly revenue so far. We look at topline revenue. Fundamentals are still intact.

Please note that this quarter is a seasonally slow quarter as sales in Oceania market will slow down during Christmas. FYI it is normal for companies to close for 2 weeks in December in Australia

Loss was due to a grant reversal. The accounting treatment for grant reversal is to spread out the income over the useful life of the asset. Hence, it was an accounting treatment only. Without this reversal, this quarter would be profitable.
