Hi Calvin,

This is kinda out of topic questions, could you make one article on how to handle your properties based on your experience in your blog? Would really like to learn on what is the impact during property bubble that I keep hearing from the news. Appreciate it

Hi Calvin,

From the annual report it stated that " 50% of the shares will be redeemed in 2015 and 50% of the remaining shares will be redeemed in 2020". Can you explain a bit on this statement?

Here are some reasons why I buy net net stocks.
1. Very easy to value
2. There is a solid floor
3. Most are simple businesses to understand
4. Nobody wants it
5. Small to micro caps usually
6. Low volume

Net nets are a big no no if you have the following traits:
Don’t want volatility
Want to hold something for as long as possible with very minimal turnover
Don’t like buying small caps
Don’t like analyzing OTC stocks
Want to stick to mainstream ideas
You have to look important to others
You want to brag that you found the next GOOG, TSLA, MSFT
And this is perfectly fine because being comfortable with where you place your money is very important.
