I seldom buy stock that less than 0.20. But this round, i took some AT.

Reasons because I believe the company might be performing well if really got the ISO13485.They might be able to expand theie customer base and increase confidence from existing customer. Just like what JHM did when got AS9100 cert.

I spent little of time to check. The company penetrated to field different from Penta, Vitrox or even Elsoft. This is unique involvement to medical field among the automated machine for listed companies.

In addition, with the private placement, they will induce new stakeholders. And the private placement will not induce significant dilution to the company because the outstanding shares are small. Also the price is already at very low. Any increase of bottom line in coming QR will easily bring up the EPS

About the ISO13485. Usually a company will hire consultant to support review, internal assessment, internal audits to all processes before apply for the ISO cert. Thus, I believe the grant of ISO13485 is in the hand, so be patient to wait for the cert to be granted.

I agree with some of the fellows here, this is mid to long or long term investment.

Above just my personal thoughts. I bought small qty and only plan to top up if see growth is confirmed in upcoming QRs.

see also heart attack! like that day happen to ekovest. And this one even worst than ekovest condition that day. luckily sold ekovest, don't hold high risk counter.

the seller at limit down might up to 40mil

if someone really want to buy, i think have to wait for another limit down to make decision.

not so fast. if really back to 1.43, at least need 2 months probably

1st limit down price = 3.08*0.7 = 2.16
2nd limit down price = 2.16*0.7 = 1.51
3rd limit down price = 1.51*0.7 = 1.06
4th limit down price = 1.06*0.7 = 0.75

So how many times limit down would happen?

If limit down 3 times and if buy 1,000 share at each limit down 2.16+1.51+1.06, then average still 1.5766. And if stuck at 1.06, then still loss RM 1,500 for 3,000 shares.

So should buy at 1st limit down or not?

Sure a lot will sell at 1st limit down. If no fund to take up all like what happen to Ekovest that day, then sure will see 2nd limit down.

Question: Will big fund purposely press down and wait to buy low at 2nd limit down to counter attack for rebound? If 2nd limit down has 100 mil shares or 200 mil shares, sure big funds will catch up at 1.06, which I believe. Businessmen surely want cheaper and cheaper.

So I will also wait at 1.06 better. I might be wrong. Decide your own money by your own.

1.00 is impossible for 1st day because limit down still above 1.00. 2nd day is possible. Too uncertain on the deal. Better wait to see if really want to buy.

no doubt failing knife may rebound but still uncertain while start of uptrend confirmation has a already "confirmed".
Sometimes, have to take profit but if cut loss on this counter, i have no comment.

like i said previously, may be the real issue is not what we read. only insiders know what is going on. as such, i rather skip to have this counter by taking profit instead of living in known uncertainty. Only after real issue resolved, then only consider about this counter.
My worry is 1 day say ok, then suddenly say not ok, then ok again, then not ok again.
I am classify this counter as "rather to miss" counter. There are still other better counter, see those top gainer list.

iwcity limit down two times, ekovest drop 15% for another two days because today's rebound not convincing. means funds are selling to reduce holding too. warrant at higher risk.

好好的突然来一个措手不及的事件，感觉上好像一场戏。我个人觉得短期内不会有好转。此事件不知到会否影响阿林和政府的关系。钱师傅说得对，如果没有信心就看看别的公司，毕竟还有很多家好公司。我，赚够了，不要拿一些不必要的风险。谢谢EKOVEST！以后有机会加上公司稳定盈利，我可能会再买入。不过肯定不会在近期内！

This is bias post.

Simple: When say directors sold off, should also highlight which directors take up the share. Then from there, analyze further whether the sold off and take up made any bad to the company.

Be a non-bias reader, I see there are a lot of points just plug and play without concrete analyze to convince investors not to invest in dnex.
Perhaps you should read more and do more analysis works to improve the analysis skill. Nevertheless suggest to go through some "word to convince" classroom training.

I believe once you possess the skills, you will be the great master in analysis and convincing people what you speak.

This is just an advise, i'm also learning at this age of 69.

But at least you have a good start for now. Keep going on.
