RSS is no longer shorting aggressively. They may be pushing up the price gradually to square back their balance sheet before end of 2021. The market outlook is against them to short due to the new variant outbreak. The delay in the release of audited report is understandable. If you are Nexia, won't you need more time to complete an audit? Would you be satisfied and sign off an audit within 3 months from the appointment in Aug? Especially from KPMG, now facing allegations and paying fines for their own wrong doings.
