Should never use the dividend announced to compare with other instruments like EPF. When business is going down, so are the dividends. And so are the entry price. A lot of us actually went in at high price

Just keep holding it. Even the share price dropped, the dividend is there so supplement. Moreover, this counter is almost at bottom price for its value.

PANAMY is a dividend counter for long term. I had been holding this counter since 2008 when it was about RM10.

In my opinion, I think no point having ECRL because they are not as crowded as we have in Penang, KL/Selangor or JB. HSR/LRT4,5,6 makes more sense to have within these larger states.

Let's get more gamblers out of this counter, then the price will shoot back.

Newplayer286 I was in the same situation as you, didn't average at all due to lack of confidence. I have to admit we are losing out quite a bit, so now the price isn't that high yet, worthwhile to average down.

They can SBB all year long with that 360m cash. Each time SBB costs around 1m or so

I would say, don't step further into this counter until things stabilizes. I got out with a right average, but got it in again at RM1. Look at the price now....
