五穷六绝，this 2 month got no hope, better run now....

EKOVEST在公布了和大马城没有关系之后，
隔天股价大跌，
但是之后却公布了另一个消息，
那就是打算私下配股（Private Placement）10%，
当然私下配股并不是什么新鲜事，
有时是好事但是有时是坏事，
但是在这么一个关键时间点，
宣布了私下配股，
而且在股价涨停板之后，
就很值得研究研究。

先说说什么是私下配股，
基本上就是公司发新股，
然后卖给特定的某些人，
和RIGHT ISSUE不同，
公司配RIGHT ISSUE，
是每个现任股东都可以买到，
但是私下配股是现任股东无法参与，
只是给特定的某些人，
所以很容易引起股东的不满，
尤其是配股的价格低于市价的情况下。

其实私下配股并不是什么新鲜事，
就好像亚航就曾经这样做，
基本上就是公司需要用到钱，
但是不需要太多，
可能只是市值的10%左右，
由于发出的新股不多，
所以股权的影响不大，
不像RIGHT ISSUE一样，
可能会使到股数增加一倍。

那么到底私下配股到底是好事或者坏事呢，
其实跟着以往的记录来看，
是有好有坏。
有些在私下配股过后就大涨，
有些则是股价大跌，
我觉得应该看私下配股的目的。
如果公司未来没有什么大作为，
私下配股的价格又低低，
感觉有心要益自己人，
这样现有股东自然不爽，
所以纷纷卖票导致股价大跌。

但是如果公司平常就有盈利，
并不需要等钱用，
而且近期可能有大计划，
这个时候搞私下配股，
可能就会给投资者觉得未来需要钱做大茶饭，
自然而然就是利好的消息。
而EKOVEST正是如此。
刚刚宣布和大马城没有关系，
接着就宣布私下配股，
难免让投资者会有遐想，
股价自然会大涨也不奇怪。

其实目前建筑行业的涨势会继续下去，
我觉得没有到达新高之前都不算高，
毕竟之前暂停的建筑计划都恢复了，
连大马城没有在考虑的范围之内的也恢复了，
接下来就看隆新高铁如何，
不过大马城原本的目的就是高铁的总站，
那么隆新高铁自然也有希望，
加上东马那边也宣布一堆建筑合约，
这几年肯定是建筑行业的时代，
大家就拭目以待吧，
