2. How soon itronic clear the balances and the timing of dispose
3. Share buy back approval

update regarding previous major holder itronic again:

08 May 2014 dispose 0.076%,left 3.45%, @ price 0.1550

16 May 2014 dispose 0.54%, left 2.43%, @ price 0.1400

2.43% equivalent to 45011 lots. (a lot mean 100 shares here)

about the share buy back, the boss may use open market account to buy first, and once approved, they can do "change hands". Not necessary to use company account to buy back.

I think the Q u see over 0.145 to 0.165 belongs to itronic and small fish ticket.
