Wait for QR .. QR good , share price up , QR bad , share price down .. news can spur the price but will not sustain , only good fundamental will keep up the price .. AAX now enjoying lower cost and carry very least burden , no reason to have bad performance unless they still have bad debt/investment hiding somewhere that we don't know ..

More flight route added in end of Q3 , that means Q3 business is good and Q4 will be even better , as long as ticket cost can be sustained , the higher revenue and profit is almost guarantee , and that is what Maybank IB predicted as well ..

If QR is good , then time to collect cheap ticket is now or never, in contrary , then the time to collect cheap ticket can be very long , may be until next Nov QR released .. basically , healthy fundamental is still the crucial element to propel share price to higher and higher .. lets hope for the best , and wish AAX can go up to RM 10 ..

The fundamental of AAX is very different than before pandemic time , previously , they carry very high debt , if you look at the previous QR like 2019 Q4 , the depreciation cost is 241m and Finance cost (mainly interest paid to loan) was 100m , however , the last QR , the depreciation cost is 35m and Finance cost is 18m , the difference is 288m , that means these two items alone already have huge saving..

The reason why AAX fell into PN17 was mainly due to shareholder's equity less than 40Millions , and based on Edge report , they should have at least 90millions up to end March , if they apply the upliftment now based on their financial performance , it means the coming QR should be at least sustain the shareholder equity to avoid another PN17 again , not sure if we can use this to assume the coming QR should be good as well ..

If I read correctly, they actually submitted two letters to Bursa , first one is to apply to lift the pn17 status , if in the event of reject by Bursa , then the second letter is to apply the extension.. so , if Bursa approve the application then the second letter shall be void ..

AAX is still carry 1.2B of debt , compared with a year ago , it was 6.7B , so , they are in better position now , the key things is if they can maintain the profit more than 200miliions per quarter , that will help them to prove that they have solid business and plans to make profit .

In previous QR , they use 455K of fuel with average cost of USD116/barrel , and the Brent crude cost in April till June is range from 70++ to 80++ , that means . they shall have big saving from the downtrend of oil price as well , lets see the next month result ..

China economic is slowing down for sure , so they may look for cheaper airline when they want to have oversea trip , AAX could be a good choice for them if they want to come to Malaysia , hence, AAX could be in a niche market position now and benefit from current trend ...

Oil market is very volatile , this week is 3 months high , then next week could be 3 months low , any single news can spark the market within minute , very scary .. however , it seems like the supply of oil is getting lesser and trigger this uptrend , this shall help to boost the share prices of Uzma , although their business is not directly link to the oil price ..

Based on report from Public Investment , the jobs secured on hand is RM 2.9B , since most of the contact is valid between 2 to 3 years , that means the revenue of the group for next 3 years should be average around RM1B per year versus today around 400 to 500 mils in past few years , that is about 100% increment , the good things is , I don't think that include the LSS4 tariff cost ,which shall be benefited the group start from mid of 2024 (or early , depends on progress of project) ... Hope to hear more good news from company soon ..
