Funny, rule of thumb is to obtain government approval first before start doing business and apply for one while operating...Wonder if they did any feasible study before deciding.

The way things are going, AT is only worth 0.10 sen....

Pretty obvious becoz’ this counter attracts more negative comments than positive ones. Price is on the down trend till now....

Despite a rather unpopular way of expressing your views on AT “joyvest”, it does make sense to me.

Regardless of what being said abt AT (pros & cons) as above; this is a risky counter to invest.

I beg to differ yeochingu becoz’ the investment return from condo income is better than the landed property.

Agree with dompeilee that this counter is a platform for con investors to cook up stories before doing their pumping & dumping dirty work.

I agree with you mikecyc: investors should analyse FGV’s previous performance data and argue with facts. Then decide whether is it really worth picking this counter.

Quite agree with you greenland...if based on fundamentals the share is worth less than RM1

Looks like this counter is not getting any better this week just like the previous ones..Hopefully it’s not the sign of more bad news....

I quite agree with you Ammar becoz diversification cum introduction of new initiatives can translate into siphoning of funds. In this modern but complex business dealings there are many at times partnership arrangements via JV etc looks good on paper but lead to your partner taking a free ride.

An uphill task for FGV to solve various issues & control costs from rising.

Something is not right with this counter. Wonder whether it has the momentum to reach new height this year. Any comments???

But, to go in now would probably be a bit risky...

& Yes you can always blame legacy issues for failing to turnaround the company despite the fact that operating cost is on the rise....Productivity is the key issue that must be addressed immediately.

integrated farming ???? It’s like recycling old business strategies. Better do your homework dam82....farming & hospitality are just cosmetic business that don’t contribute much financially.

Hopefully friday news that FGV is going to announce doesn’t invole asset disposal to improve its liquidity......

Price can go up & down becoz of speculative activity but the reality is that FGV is not fundamentally not strong.

FGV has cut down on CAPEX but willing to pay dividend .....Guess what will be their next move to pacify their shareholders. Interesting to know....
2020-07-15 15:10 | Report Abuse
Dividend is out dam82. This move is not helping FGV financially becoz of big cash outflow to pay dividend.

PM recent announcement has got nothing to do with FGV share. Study FGV books especially their cost structure & decide whether it's worth holding on or vice versa.
