enetec Technology Bhd plans a share consolidation of every 10 existing shares into one consolidated share to reduce fluctuation in its share price.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Genetec said the move to consolidate shares also encourages investors to view it as a long-term investment rather than a "penny stock" prone to speculative pressures.

Genetec said its issued and paid-up share capital as at Feb 25, 2016 was RM35.17 million comprising 351.73 million existing shares.

The group was also in the midst of implementing a special issue of up to 21.68 million new existing shares that represent 6.16% of its existing issued and paid-up share capital to Bumiputera investors approved by the government.

But Genetec Directors sold Genetec shares at 0.30 and 0.305 with handsome gain.They are not long-term investor but took opportunity when the price up.Now they
make proposal to cover actual scenario. No Bumiputera want to subscribes Genetec
shares because of this scenario (stupid proposal).

Mr.Coldrisks you can check trading before CNY, a lot of buyers bougth at 0.08 then
the price change suddenly to 0.07(buy) and 0.075(sell) within a few minute.Those who
bougth at 0.08 will trap.This type I classify as manipulated share. Buyer and seller
was same group but with many trading account.

In the past so many company proposed like this proposal to create panic
among investor. So the price will drop suddenly. So the director can buy
back shares with the cheapest price. I think this propoal will not approve by
SC because got an issue of manipulated shares. I have traced their activity
when within a few minute selling price change with lower selling and buying price.
Investor buy high will in lost position within a few minute.
