Do bear in mind though that the Oil Price is targeted to reach $80 - there's a price war between Saudi & US - shale production in US is growing and US is estimated to be net exporter in no time soon.

For those that think if you vote against the QA - if QA not successful for this time, it does not mean you will get back your money now, remember SONA still have 3 years from Aug 2013.
The only difference is, at the current price: 45 sen, your investment is secured (100%) should there's no QA by the expiry date.
