We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd (“SCSB”), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 31 July 2015, incorporated a new subsidiary, Sunway Facade Network Sdn Bhd (“SFNSB"). The certificate of incorporation of SFNSB was received today.


SFNSB has an authorised and paid-up share capital of RM1,000,000/- and RM10/- respectively. Its intended principal activity is to carry on business of facade engineering and related works. SCSB holds 60% equity interest in SFNSB.


None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SunCon or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.

the net profit was lower for q2 and share is not diluted yet for Q2... so, the EPS is around 2++ if we factor in diluted shares~~ my point to this counter: still earning, but not as good as expected... generally, it is stille earning $$~~ but internally any problem caused lower profit = unknown.

no doubt, GST has a big impact... Leesk, perhaps does what he should do... with high USD dollar, even if it nears to its peak, the only consequence would be extra profit...

how does this affect the share?

not sure why... but given the USD is higher for the last 3 months... the company's earning is lesser which is concerning...
