Anyone kows when will QR report will be announced this month? Date?

Today CI drop, sapura no drop. Ok la.

Outperform means exceed expectation la. They've seen the preliminary QR already. Kenanga commented the same "outperformed" result.

More reason for it to fly up soon!

Wow.. checkout the queue wanting to buy at 65sen after 4.50pm. Tomorrow will shoot up. Gap up. If announcement is real.. probably limit up too.

I donno any other counters with 300m shares or equivalent traded during the same time last week.

The last time Khasera dumped 300m shares in Nov 2017, price fell during the opening hours from 1.60 to 1.40 (-20sen) at first minute.

But last week.. 300m shares dumped but price only fell from 56 sen to 55sen.. with ready buyer to support that 300m shares dumped at 55sen super huge buy wall. Pretty unusual isnt it.. so it must be a new >5% shareholder.

Wonder who might that be.. we donno yet.

Nobody understands EPF until today..
They sold Eversendai when Eversendai was receiving record contracts.. now Eversendai reach new record profits.

Same like Sapura.. EPF sell sapura when contracts pouring in. Soon sapura will reach record profits and EPF will buy high.

Or prepare to enter 70-80sen tomorrow if got new major shareholder announcement at 5.05pm.. not holding shares can also be opportunity risk.

The last Q42018.. so many news announced before QR release.

This time Q12019, no news at all before QR released.

It has been a while since they announced anything.

This week.. all eyes on the 300m shares purchaser & later the "outperform" QR release indicated by Kenanga Research.

By now they should have secured the 800m Indian pipeline project & soon Sharjah contract.

Usually sapura QR issued end of the month. But it is up to sapura to issue the Q1 2019 anytime by now.

Last week Kenanga research has indicated that only 2 companies rated "outperformed" in their interim Q1 report, i.e. Sapura & Dialoq.

This definitely means one thing..
Sapura makes PROFIT & return to black :)

If they follow proper bidding.. why worry?

Petronas have plenty of projects to support malaysian local companies especially Sapura which is able to bid and win international projects at competitive value. They have the scale to compete.

Cronyism happens only if the company is not capable but still given projects like Destini & Dayang.

Sapura currently leads to win 2 more projects in India & Sharjah. Expect another announcement soon.

2017 was a bad year for Sapura. Petronas did not award any contract to sapura until Khasera disposed shares in Nov 2017. Sapura finally got a 1.4b contract from Petronas after Khasera declared no longer a substantial shareholder in Sapura.
