didnt even fly already fall..... the momentum started when they did private placement for 0.65 then the news came out now all stopped because today huge DUMP

cant be too greedy huh.... cut loss at 0.7 but the DUMP was QUICK, thought it could fly with all the good news......

people scared its okay to be scared if u enter late after it already fly. this stock hasnt fly yet it is under consolidation slowly up from 0.05-0.07, now news out + private placement for this joint venture all positive. now can be said as ENGINE starting buy early hold TP 0.1 / 0.15 / 0.2 (maybe).

serbadk announce delay for auditor as EY / KPMG / SERBADK pending on agreement confirmation on KPMG sharing information.
EY already agreed to become serbadk's external auditor but under 4 conditions 1 of them is KPMG to share their information.
Internal auditor has yet to be confirmed and today is the last day i believed bursa gave serbadk.
look from serbadk perspective the earlier they announce who their new auditor is the better it is for their share price.

1) a new auditor + KPMG agree on sharing information = good news for serbadk

2) auditor finds FAULTS in audit/account = BLOODSHED

Good = epf will stop selling since they reached the <5% stake ownership

Bad = they can dump without announcing i think ( we can never know ) like KWAP

2) Karim forced sell 46m units
Good = he could have sold at 0.4-0.8 when things started falling but he didnt. he has 1b units, when serbadk was at RM 1.6, he has 1.6b worth man, now he has only 300m worth of course he would get margin called paper loss about 1.3b already when serbadk went free fall

Bad = dont know how many % out of the 950m remaining will get forced sell, and this indicates he lacks cash to top up his margin account.

However, karim has been selling SCIB and KPOWER warrants to balance out his margin, as long as serbadk doesnt fall below 0.3 everything should stabilize. most important this friday i believe Bursa warned serbadk to get a new auditor by this friday.

just to be clear, Notice of Person Ceasing means <5% total shares owned by the company meaning own < 185m units = ceasing from being substantial shareholder.

25/6/21 - epf sold 96m units ( Notice of Person Ceasing Substantial Shareholders ) epf still has 185m units left doubt they will sell anymore because its company protocol i believed thats they sold their stake from 10% ownership to 5%.

isnt this a good news EPF stopped being a substantial shareholder, from 15th JUNE we all know EPF will keep selling until < 5% shares holding because of the act / rule. Now they dont have to sell, NOW IS THE TIME FOR RETAILERS / SHARKS to push up? i dont know about karim since he got forced sell but the selling pressure should be eased down since EPF shouldnt be selling now.

these kind of P&D u need to catch the rally 1st/2nd day of rally then see profit take profit. Catching a falling knife is scary (we are there now), its better to go for stocks that got upward momentum even if its a P&D stock, dont catch when its getting dumped if u really like the stock wait for it to stabilize with like low transaction volume BUT need to HOLD FOR A LONG TIME
