just found out the 177 out of 179 iof the IIIume apartments are sold at price range of 1 to 1.2 million AUD per unit. that is almost more than 580million ringgit of GDV to be recognised in 2019. what will be the profit margin???????

I had deleted my earlier post as there is a mistake. TAGB will still hold the development rights of 179 units of high end apartment (Ilume).
The proceed will be recognised in 2019

based on your information, tony tiah already breached the 33% mark, am i correct?
Under Securities Commission regulations, any party whose interest pushes past 33% of a listed firm’s total share base must make a mandatory general offer for the rest of the shares it does not own.

almost 50% from the proceed will be used to repay bank borrowing.
one long term positive effect is saving of interest of about 17.1 million per annum or about 1 sen per share.
with p.e 8X, tagb price should appreciate around 8 sen just on this saving

buying into airasia x is buying into a business that you believe that can be turaround with sustainable profit. as air asia x has the same DNA as its parent, i hope it will be able to do it. at current price, i am paying only 50% of what the first investor had paid since ipo and right issue with free warrrant. the company had jsu turaround last year and i believe it needs a bit longer time to get everything in order, same like airaisa, in new market like india, philipines and japan, they are loisng money in the beginning.

If this quarterly results can give small ang pow syiok lah. Every quarter pay some dividend will attract a lot of investors. Share price will be higher and more steady.
