In the past, when there is a GO, warrant holders are offered to the same terms as mother share. I do not remember or cannot remember there was such a case that the warrant is worthless.

Please note that you can convert the warrant to the mother share anytime should there be any GO. The offer is valid at least 3 months for the whole process to be completed. You have ample time to convert to mother share. In PJD-WC case, you only lose a premium of 6%.

I do not know of any warrant is worthless in any GO. Please enlighten me.
