艾力斯（IRIS，0010，创业板）建议私下配售占缴足资本高达10%比重的新股，这意味着公司将配售1亿9710万至2亿2280万股新股。
这项活动预计在今年次季完成。
行家建议：
假设艾力斯配售1亿9710万股，每股发售价为51仙，这项活动将可筹集1亿50万令吉。
我们认为，这笔资金将会用在所罗门群岛（Soloman Islands）及帛琉（Palau）的发展项目。
此外，根据我们的2015财年预测，额外的资金有助于公司净负债率，从之前的0.54倍，减少至0.33倍。
