this full disclosure regime by bursa and sc are total irresponsibility..there should not be there and take fees

its already too late for the authorities to do anything ..the price have went down beyond any reasonableness..and allowing them to get more money through reduction of par value was reckless and annoying by bursa and something must be done should they be delisted due to false and fradulent accounts

it should be bad..as this only happen when company is in restructuring due to huge accumulated loss. How they do it while the company have huge accumulate profit is unthinkable. They supposed to owe the shareholders that par value. now they dont after the reduction.

minimum PE for good profitable company when economy becomes distressed should be around 8-12 .

i agree ...something must be brewing ..to think it all ..why would they exchange at lower price..or PE..under current condition ...maybe this was because the company give bonus issue instead of dividend..so every body throwing the shares to cash out as dividend..resulting lower prices.... maybe this process have ended.

i guess they might test 7.5sen..if nobody sells for few days..then it shall move up fast..positve skt lor..if not..they just enjoy makes small retailers suffers...by passing to each other who are actually themselves...and makes new bottom each time they seems preceived to break out..this is because they have a lot of sells que at 9 sen and above suggesting no bottom as yet..if this continues ..expect bad news to come and finish off the retailers
