@albert787378 .....i not only agree to the Ringgit's target of 4.20 per US Dollar by year end....i think it will continue to weaken after that. This is due to
1. Fed has stopped printing the US Dollar....creating demand again.
2. The US economy is powering ahead with the Dow reaching 100 000 over the next two decades.....again creating a very strong demand for the Dollar....to buy their products and to invest in their shares...people the world over will be lining up for the Dollar again......pushing up the Dollar higher and higher especially when the Fed tightens its monetary policies....making the situation worse.
Watch out people.

The latest eps is 3.8 sen.
With the establishment of a new niche business with AI content related to healthcare within and outside Malaysia the fair PE ratio should be anywhere between 20 to 50...20 to factor in next year's earnings and 50 to factor in rising growth and earnings beyond next year...with Heaven's blessings of course.
So the current price cannot stay for long.....with more water flowing in the reservoir level will inevitably rise.

@Hedge Fund....i think war has broken out....one party wants 40+.....the other party wants 50+ sen.

@Ethan Chan...private placement supposed to complete in 2nd half 2018....may add another 200m+ shares in the maximum case scenario.
May add another RM80m to RM100m to company coffers as working capital to expand business considerably...hopefully of course.

They pay market makers to try fix the price around current levels.
But MM could meet a steam roller head on....then they will also panic and let go....better to run away than to be completely flattened.
So MMs....CARE!

Pay a higher price then can get by the millions...haha

I wont be surprised that over time....say towards end 2019.....this stock could be selling at PE 40.....provided fundamentals keeps improving....and prospects remain bright.
So you can estimate the price target.....barring any adverse unforseen circumstances.

Short sellers....mind your selling....it can be very very painful.

I agree with you...Mr Ooi....SSteel is currently fundamentally grossly undervalued....causing lots of investors....me included...to suffer some paper losses.
I pity those who cannot hold on to this stock at least in the short to medium term.
They sell due to fear..... are forced to sell....are impatient....some are losing hope....only to regret later.
This is a Hong Leong company....it is not a rubbish stock.

Currently the weight of the evidence favours an upward rerating.....so the longer it stays around current levels....the stronger the new breakout will be....be patient people.....and you will be handsomely rewarded.

Good support at current levels....this is a good sign...based on the latest figures.
I am not predicting....just monitoring on a day to day basis....and buying to add on slowly.

Start adding a bit.....

Those who have sold off at 20+ and 30+ are looking at their rear mirrors now....still can buy back if you want....sometimes have to admit defeat in order to win again....haha.
Choice is yours.

And don't forget....Mr Eg and Mr Brahmal....they never brag here.

Future business prospects and earnings growth is more important than the current results....looking forward to much better times....this is where the action is and will be reflected in the share price....going forward.

Results already priced in many days ago.....co. accountants already knew result....now have to look at long term business growth as a catalyst to propel prices higher over time....must be slow and steady to wipe out speculators.

But very little and very small corrections over the past few weeks......hard to predict.
Markets can whip up a big surprise....i say can....but i dont know....neither does anyone here.
