Wowowow wait wait wait!!! I thought all along that the cash pay out was proposed in June 2013 AGM AND approved by the management. They had set the dateline to 'announce' the payout by 31 Dec 2013, correct??? Since when now becomes 'a suggestion to pay out'??? Calvin, care to clarify thanks....

Have been waiting at 0.21 the whole week but only managed to add some at 0.215. Will add more if goes lower....

I made the decision to buy so I won't blame anyone lah and we all shouldn't lah imho. What I understand is the cash pay out is still on the table right Calvin (although is postponed)???

Thanks guys for all the input. Now I remember someone here did mention about the loan to MUI, which was not a good deal at all to the PMCORP minor share holders. According to Calvin, the management 'promised' that they would not do it again without the consent of minor share holders. So if this again 'promised' cash pay out is not paid out, the credibility (if any left) of the present management and the trust given by the shareholders will go down the toilet forever......

Thanks kukuman for the clarification. If increased assessment after revaluation is NOT the reason, everyone needs to know the real reason Calvin. May be Calvin could kindly help since you are close to the management. To me, revaluation is the easiest way for now to unlock the value at least 'on paper' and give a boost of confidence to investors.... well until their core businesses actually make more money.....

Will look into MUI after cash pay out by pmcorp if any. I did notice the support at 0.20 for MUI is picking up......Calvin if only PMCORP and MUI willing to revalue their assets. I just don't understand why they are so reluctant to do so..... although not their company policy but doesn't mean they can't do it right?

Although the price touched 0.21 a few times this week, it kept going back to 0.215 or 0.22. The deals done at 0.21 were really small like 1000 shares only. So it's either the selling is slowing down or someone trying to push it down to collect. Either case also good mah haha.... Calvin, what are tye chances that there would not be any cash pay out?

Haha ayeefk, you are right because everything is possible in share market and there are much more than meet the eyes. That's why I said unlikely which means it's possible. I just thought with the low volume they could have pushed it down and triggered a panic sell easily instead of pushing it down by half a cent/1 cent daily...... like what said IF it was, it was a lousy job....

Ayeefk, agreed that TA is really helpful in deciding when to buy and sell. From my limited experience on TA, it looks like the trend changed from down to sideway in the pass 2 sessions. The next resistance at 0.235 for a uptrend breakout, any TA sifus hete can,confirm? However, whatever patterns formed in the past week or so were not definite as the volume has been really low.....

Ronald, imho the price more or less already factored no pay out for this year. The big q to sell is probably from one or two of the long term investors whom just decided to give up on this counter. Of course it is also possible it's a shark's job which I think unlikely cause IF it was, it was a terrible job.....

Agreed zu1967, there are bad apples everywhere. In this case, we know the managers did a bad job in the past that's why the price dropped from 13.00 to 0.22 now. I have been buying and betting on the potential and turnover rather than past performance although it has to be confirmed with the coming quarter results....

Imho, no buy in because some people are waiting for the price to stabilize, some prefer to buy high and sell higher, some want to bottom fish... A lot has been said about the value, past performance and prospect of the company. To me the most important is the potential of the company so the next 2 quarters' results will be the reason for me to keep or sell this counter. Just my honest opinion, not a buy or sell call.

I know nta plays only a small part in deciding whether a company is worth investing but for now it seems like that is all this counter has for now for it to move forward at least until the quarter result comes out. Just my opinion...

Although it is not pmcorp's policy to value its assets regularly but I think it would be an excellent idea to do it. I am sure the share price will follow suit if the NTA turns out to be better than expected...

I not good at TA but can't help to notice that although the buying only at few percent today but the volume is higher as compared to last week, and feel like people are collecting at 0.235? Cause the buy queue keeps coming back at 0.235 after it drops.

I think what Zu meant was he was ready to buy more if it dropped, betul bro Zu? Sorry lah cause I am no TA expert so I only buy counters I think worth buying with good prospect, and tend to buy more when the cheap gets cheaper. I know my style very old fashion lah. If you keep referring back to what happened in the past, it's not wrong but why only referring to what the company did bad. What about what the company did good? For this company to become one of the biggest at one time, it must have done something right....

Normally we ask "why" but rarely ask "why not". In this scenario if it's a win-win for pmcorp and mui, so why not? Good question, mktwatch.

Exactly, you should see this as a buying opportunity if you like this counter. Otherwise buy other counters which you hv interest and confidence in.

Abdulhalim, totally agreed. Positive and negative comments are all welcome as long as they are reasonable and valid. Some people here get angry or are sarcastic when others don't listen to them cause these people forget we don't really know each other here in person. We will always have reservations in what we read here. We might believe after further evaluation and decide at our risk to go ahead and buy it. Ridiculing someone when someone loses money is just so wrong. Nobody can be right all the time in share market. Do you remember the last time you were wrong? I sincerely all here will make money not only from this counters but all others as well. Peace....
