DVM inks deal with Digital Paper

KUALA LUMPUR: DVM Technology Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Digital Paper Sdn Bhd (DP) on the proposed acquisition of the latter's wholly-owned unit, Digital Paper Solutions Sdn Bhd (DPS).

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, DVM said the exact structure and the mode of purchase consideration would be decided upon the completion of the legal and financial due diligence and after consultation with the relevant advisers to be appointed. For the financial year ended December 31 2012, DPS recorded a revenue of RM31.54 million.

DVM already stop bleeding at Q3'13 and start to generate profit, if the take over of DPS as a subsidiary company successfully been carry on, the 31.54 mil will automatically become DVM asset.

Base on total loss for 5 years is only around 13 mil.
