Quarterly EPS 10.5 cts is actually quite good as it had diluted 33% because of the bonus issue 2:1. Taking average 10.5 x 4 qtrs = 42 cts EPS per annum. RM2.87 is just 6.8X PE. Tambun is about 10x PE. If taking 9X PE, it still has 80 cts upside potential. Really puzzled why it keeps dropping lately?

Mechanism of RCPS is to encourage investor not to redeem it with cash in the first 3 months. So, i guess RCPS will price at least 58 cts in order investor will keep it.
You gotto take into account of inflation rate & the opportunity cost. Today 58 cts theoretically is bigger than 1 year later 58 cts. If price too low, people will take cash first.
My guessing, definitely no chance the price will go below 1.38.

Can someone please advise how to calculate the theoretical price of mother and RCPS after ex? Say before ex date price is 1.50.
a. Mother 1.50 x 0.8 = 1.20 OR 1.50 - 0.25 = 1.25?
b. RCPS 1.20 x 0.5 = 0.60 OR 0.25 + 0.25 = 0.50?

Flintstones is right. Q1 profit 11m+, EPS 6.66 sen; Q2 earn more, profit 17m+, but EPS 6.65 sen. You pls check Q1 & Q2 report. I think that is why many ppl dispose and volume is high but price not spike.

Say yearly EPS about 15 sen, price now 1.36 meaning Fitters brings 11% return for your investment yearly. And Fitters never lost money for the past 10 years. This is a very good record.
Not to mention share price up-up down-down. If you hold this share from 2009 til now, your asset already multiply by 3.7X times. A semi-D can become 2 Bungalows with 3.7X.:)

After seeing the 2nd quarter report, i am more confident now. This yearly EPS should be 30+ sens, very close to before the last year right issue time, even though now the share is diluted 33.3%. Good sign:)

But Seph has a smaller mother cake & another new kid-cake, the total portions of cakes are still the same as before. Logically say, at this moment only, I really envy Seph.
