Few projects need to consider whereby the profit will flow in during the year since the taken-up rate is more than 80%-90% for these projects and it was launched after 2nd half of 2015:

1. Australian project
2. Radia office
3. Mont Kiara projects

Not taking into account the following:

1. Potential land sales
2. Recovery of Nusajaya
3. Forex impact on overseas project

I wanted to refer to rebound from Sept'15 to Nov'15...but due to this "multiple proposals"...hard to say...usually when it hit bottom..somehow, it will rebound..but if we look at Trive shares...it hit bottom and looks like never wake up
