Strangely the 'Founder' of Silterra which is part of Vision 2020 had been quiet about this deal.

If price goes up 1 sen

With the price moment in the last few days, that the gap between Son and Mother is getting bigger, it seems to me it confirms 2 things:
1. The Silterra deal agreement is going to be inked real soon.
2. They need the proceeds from WD conversion tomorrow not July. They are forcing you to convert the sooner the better.
