Yes, you are right. the target price of 37 cents was set much earlier. But there is a recent report on 4 Apr 2017 that re-validates this target price.

Based on past experience, William Hon has bought more than he sold during the closed periods. So, I would think this is a good sign. Note that his shareholdings and warrant holdings are not proportionate (5:1). He has sold some of his warrants recently.

Hopefully he will use the money to pick up some more shares.

Overall, I would think this is a good sign.

I believe the target price of 65 sen cited was pre-rights issue. Can anyone confirm?
