周围太多商店，但人潮不知道是否足够支撑得到给于商家，
今年不知能够贡献到多少盈利给ptrans

因为据我所知，amanjaya成长开始放缓了，
如果要突破更高的成长盈利是要kampar terminal来推动的

所以，推手 是kampar terminal...
但是它一直迟迟没完工，没开始营业。
是一个问题。
