Don't think it will break above 1.00 if they cover their short position.
This stock is worth to hold as this price is at the margin of safety.
All bad news has been released. No HSR, political unstable, weak property sector, MCO 2.0
The only threat I can think of about this stock is the construction of SPE. If anything happen on this project, then share price will drops sharply.
However, in longer term, this company always generate positive cash flow as contribution from toll concession, rental from Ekocheras. So they always have a strong internal source of funds to be use for future development and expansion. As you can see, this stock dividend payout is not attractive but they do some diversify into plantation area by acquisition of PLS.
At this current price, this company still have a bright future as owning the Duke1&2, SPE, Ekocheras mall, PLS plantation ( palm oil and durian) and potential Bandar Malaysia project

They provided total short selling everyday up to 10 days, however, figure of net short is updated everyday, so we could not know how is the changes of the position. Because they never provided the buy back of short selling position.
Therefore, I manually recorded the net short volume as back up.

Ya, I always say here, buy if you have holding power to wait, else don't come here and just suffer everyday. Not easier for construction stock at this moment. If you really understand and foresee the future, this stock is not a bad choice.
For me, if go lower then 0.4, then I will average down, or else wait until April

If the 0.43 sell orders not being cleared by today, meaning this stock will swing below 0.43 anymore.....THey swing it from 0.52,then 0.45 then 0.43.....
