Hektar actually still has retained realized profit from previous quaters. The lost for current quater is just paper lose due to year end property valuation. Its not all bad because lower property value will help to reduce management fee for the coming qr.

Pity those who got duped by old fox's 15 rm tp

Chase high sell higher does not always work. Defenders here often emphasis long term too. The precovid holders are still enjoying 400% gain if they sell now.

100% effectiveness is not the goal. Hopefully vaccine can control the death rates to an acceptable level like flu.
