This miss Jaks met my own golden rule and passed ⅘ of my another stock selection options. The only one option can’t pass is the cash must exceed ⅓ of the total borrowings.

I apply this rule on Carimin, Dayang and recently the Master. And it worked very good to me.

Actually the Jaks is so-so only. But its partner, CPECC is very efficient. They complete the project on time. No any excuses.

And they bid for all the three licenses.

Anyway, Genting Singapore has very high chance to win one of the three of Japan casino license with two reasons — healthy balance sheet & the singapore model of casino.

I read whole day related to Japan casino news yesterday. My conclusion — the MGM is the first runner for Osaka casino bidder. The second is Genting Singapore.

We should buy at RM0.80 and sell at RM1.70. Not the reverse.

Bought at RM1.70 and RM0.80 are totally different. Jaks is supporting by two robust quarterly results.

Nobody know the future earnings. But l believe investors buying stock are based on how good the latest quarterly result is.

There is nothing wrong with Jaks as long as we buy low sell high. 10 sen earnings per share for two quarters, annualized will get 20 sen. Forward PE 4.

High volume. If delisting, many investors will hurt badly.

The problem is the additional shares which converting unstoppable.

For financial year 2019, first and second quarters had recorded 5.67sen and 6.37sen respectively.

If you guys check back the performance of the last (fourth) quarter for financial year 2013 to 2018, it was always the best. So I think it’s very easy to get total EPS of 20sen and above for this financial year.

And the management said already in the prospects, "...the pace set in the first six months is expected to continue for the rest of the year."

If I'm not mistaken, disposal gain should be RM8.80 mil.

Good recommendation. Anyway, the increase in profit was mainly due to the gain on disposal of plant and machinery. You can refer to pg.10.

Good result but I don't think it will move up next trading day.

Profit margin for this recent two quarters were 8.0% and 7.8%. I think it's sustainable. Now we just focusing on revenue and its business in Vietnam.

Daily production for this company around 3.8 million eggs. The earnings will reduce RM3.42 million with every 1 sen drop of the price of chicken eggs.
