If you find some fault in the financial reports with strong evidence and after the verifications of all concerned parties. Auditors just can go straight to the authorities and make a reports. Why must they play mouse and cat game , delay for almost 2 months time and refused to sign the report ???
Or else the auditors can just resign well before the reports submitting date and stated your reasons to do so as per London Biscuit case !
