I bet KPOWER deserve premium of 20-30% due to its bright future peospect, and oso its popularity so far.

公司的账目都要经过专业的稽查公司审核，是不是做假账，我无法置评。至于对于管理层的能力，不是我一个人说了算。从eg-wc即将到期，可是投资者们对将它转换成母股，却显得兴致缺缺，我想这已反应出投资者们对公司的信心不足了。

Anybody notice, the interest expenses only 900k due to moratorium(normally 2-3mil each Q), and they have a forex gain of 7mil. Which mean without these two benefit, the loss will even worse...

@tracy123, forget abt the face mask, i dont think face mask can improve eg financial position. From the last two QR, undoubtedly eg financial deteriorated. Next qr mostly will be red again. Now i jz hope someone to goreng the price, then i will sell without hestitation.

This counter share price oledi manipulated by the operator, not surprise if share price shoot up next week. But my view is, dont be greedy, 见好就收。As the share price can drop drastically if one counter have no fundamental support. Moreover, current price is far higher than pre-mco.

Since careplus deliver excellent qr, lets roughly estimate for comfort next qr based on ASP exposed by the management last AGM.

Capacity: 6 bil p.annum, thus 500 mil per month

Last year end Q1, ASP USD 22/1000 pcs
Rev: 500mil x 22/1000 x rm4.2 x 3mths = 138 mil (match actual)

Previous Q2, ASP USD 25/1000pcs
Rev: 500 mil x 25/1000 x rm4.2 x 3 mths = 157mil (≈153mil actual)

Coming Q, ASP USD30 -35/1000pcs, lets take USD 33
Rev: 500 mil x 33/100p x rm4.2 x 3 mths = 208mil (may higher since ASP increased 5 -10% every mth)

Let say net profit margin can reach 15% due to higher ASP
208mil x 0.12 = 31.2mil(estimate)

I found the egcare face mask in mudah.my which priced at rm62 perbox, i dont think malaysian will buy it when there are other cheaper mask at the price between rm10 - 40. Anyway, any good news will be a bonus to me.

For local mask market, i dont think EG can compete with china mask in term of price. I myself oso buy mask from china, i think most malaysian will do so. For eg investor, they better focus on their ems core business. I m quite worry to their cash flow next quarter.

要说领导不好，但是看会2014年alex领导之前，公司的盈利更差。也是自从alex过后，盈利比较稳了，在sp的原有一间厂，变成现在的三间厂。在sp和b.kawan也各有一块工业地作将来发展。只是borrowing也变多了...haha.

Their mask not the kind of inferior quality, but certified by the US testing lab. I think can penetrate into US & Europe market, just like most of their EMS products did before.

Let's talk about latest quarter report.

Profit:
1.5 mil, eroded by 1 mil foreign ex loss, expenses on new product and minimum wage.

Revenue:
280 mil , new high! This still havent accounted the revenue generated by the plant that are shifting from Malaysia to Thailand. Seem like the revenue from new plant contribute it to the highest.
Don't forget the new plant just started operating on June. So, next quarter, when plant in Thailand normalized , added by new plant contribution, i predict the revenue can easily excess 300 mil.

Capex:
From cash flow statement, acquisition of prop and plant amount to nearly 100 mil for year 2019. Wow...  That's encouraging! Normally it will bear fruit within few years time.

Borrowing:
Not much different from last year despite of the 100 mil CAPEX. Well done management control the cash flow.

Inventory:
Hit new high since the set up of IPC. IPC is a platform for EG to procure raw material with lower price cost before selling it to their customer without tax imposed. It's another income source.


Lets see how's the next quarter result.

5月开始将会陆续有利好出炉，下个财报会不错，增加了从vs转来的DYSON pcba订单,接着会公布新合约，然后又派dividend。

Frankly, not easy for a company to deliver consistent revenue & profit like EG.
