first of all, i dont put too much expectation on the coming qr since the increase cost and shortage of raw material, but both revenue and profit will remain stable.

what attract me is the new plant that will operate few months ahead. EG had mentioned in the website that this new factory will focus on 5g product, it seems to be a hint to us that coming contract will b related to 5G. Wait n c...

last PR mentioned that the third factory will b ready in the mid of 2019, lets say Jun. So i personally predict:
1) the second factory should reach maximum utilization.
2) EG may bag the contract in coming few months.

The plant was acquired last november, it will b a smart manufacturing centre which will focus on industry 4.0 and 5g product, as quoted by the management.

But i wonder how long would a new plant take time b4 start contributing to the profit? Any industrial expert here?

I saw the difference here....

Minimum scenario:

RCPS= 52,890,998 plus
additional warrant-c = 11,343,216

Maximum scenario:
RCPS = 67,296,172
no additonal warrant-c

u are right, skyrider. Last Q showed plant n equip drop drastically, which mean most of NSP plant had shifted out. So Q1 may b the last time compensate.

A few question to ask:
1) Once the EG-PA start trading in market, normally wats the price range it will b? Around 95sen orwat...
2) How long lasting this EG-PA will exist in our acc?
3) After this, it will disappear or wat....?

For those who subscribe RI, then their acc will come out another share's name called EG-PA, this share's price is separated with mother EG and son EG-WC.

So, the subscriber will get EG-PA which also can b traded in the open market anytime.

At the same time their EG share amount will added up another bonus share.

We can see the drastic drop of non current asset, i guess NSP oledi shifted out their solar plant.
So, NO plant=NO growth for this current moment. I dont c any improvement in next Q oso.

i found that the factory daily operating hour has changed recently frm 8-5pm to 8-7pm.

NSP said that TS Solar had stopped production due to market conditions. NSP said it would retrieve the manufacturing equipment according to the purchase contract with TS Solar that would be recognized as an impairment loss but not as a cash cost to the company.

normally for warrant, its exercise price will adjust after bonus issue.

But, not all shareholder will subscribe RCPS, if share price adjustment happen, it will affect all shareholder, including those who dont subscribe. Izit make sense?

Since the bonus is only entitled to whom subscribe the RCPS, once the bonus issued out, will the share price drop correspondingly?
