In a long distance race, the final stretch towards the finishing line is the most torturous and tiring, causing weaknesses and disorientation. Are you one of them in PMCORP waiting for the long awaited Cash Payout? Why did you buy PMCORP in the first place? For the cash payout? Then why want to sell now when the finishing line is round the corner, latest by 31st Dec? Assuming there is no payout (which is unlikely since it has been announced in the June’13 AGM), would I lose out? Of course not, as confirmed by so many experts’ calculation that PMCORP is still a good stock to hold. And I’m still holding cos’ I believe that there will be a cash payout. If you still don’t see it and wished to sell, your decision is much respected. It’s your money anyway. God Bless.

Guru mikekong55, why yr prediction keep changing every other day, starting from 0.23s and now 0.18-0.165? Hoping for another falling knife like yr pump and doom strategy on 13/11? Proclaiming yourself a guru comes with responsibility. Looks like becoming a rogue guru with postings that’s full of anger, causing fear and so damaging. Those slowly dumping their shares are more likely, fellow short term traders who’s scare to lose their profit margin. Nobody can get TA right all the time. The best TA guy I know only aim to be right more than half the time. But by investing longer period in sound fundamental counters we will always be the winners because the price keeps going up and down all the time. I do admit TA does help in deciding when is the best time to buy or sell. With due respect and seriously no offence intended to all TA gurus.

Based on TA charts, I believe the storm will be next week but since it's near the announcement date (22Nov?), it will be just a short bumpy ride. Still game for 0.50 target. Correct me if I'm wrong :)

I knew that there are going to sell singapore land. suppose to be completed the deal by july but delay by one over month. deal done end august I think; so gain factor in this november announcement. knew going to gain around RM21m+ @ EPS 3.1cents. company gain mostly from disposal of assets and not from sales of chocolate. waiting to unload the final 350k when touches 0.45-0.48 end-november or mid-december. this is my prediction only;don't have to follow. just follow your heart if you have your own target.

Agree with invest88. Lim, an idea of how I did my financial planning (some called it multiple source of income):
1. Purchase properties for rental. Why? If you're bedridden, the money still comes in. Some advocate the 1+3 concept (one to stay & the other 3 for rental).
2. Unit trusts. Will sell 90% of investment and continue to buy during an economic downturn (using dollar cost averaging). The 90% will be invested in metal.
3. Metal (gold & silver). You'll notice the price will rise during an economic downturn
4. Shares
5. Internet business (my next adventure). :))

Thank you kcchonnz for asking this important question. Most don't bother to check out the figures for themselves. Certitude is a great thing. If you know you are on Firm Foundation you will not be shaken by the day to day fluctuation of Mr. Market.

PM Corp has 94m cash and only 5 million debt = 89m cash. The extra 9.12m is payable (cocoa powder, milk powder, rice, oil palm and etc which NFI (Network Food bought as ingredients for Food Production).

But did you notice 21.5m under receivable? Yes, Giant, AEON, Tesco, COSWAY & others owe NFI for Chocolate supply on credit of 30 days to 90 days. Can we trust them to pay up? Of course!

As for Foreign Chocolate Buyers. All Must Pay Cash. COD (Cash before Delivery) as required by Ms. Lai Fah (Assist Manager of NFI) Lai Fah says our sales to over 30 Foreign Countries is Very Strong!

Then You Have Singapore S$15.4 M CASH from Sing Long (Woodland Factory). What was the conversion rate? Recently, we changed S$ to RM2.58. So 15.4M x 2.58 = Wow RM39.7M!!

So let's sum up

Receivable minus payable 21,5 - 9,12 = 12.38m
Cash - Debt 94m - 5m = 89m
Cash proceed from S'pore = 39.7
Total = 141 millions

Total no. of Company shares 773 millions - 65 millions treasury shares (Bought at 20 cts to 47 cts)
= 708 Million shares. So divide 141 by 708 = 19.91 cts (Wow I thought 18.06 cts only)

You see PM Corp is SO RICH THAT EVEN COUNTING MONEY IS NOT SO ACCURATE. MONEY KEEPS ON ROLLING IN, SOMEHOW.

Our Unquoted Investments Are Many. One Of Them is Laura Ashley Franchising Rights in South America. Initial Investment US$3 Million (RM 9 Millions over) Price has doubled to US6 Millions now (Almost RM19 Millions) Not in Annual Report but Verbally announced in AGM.
