I am not agreed that buying big Telco shares is better this counter. I also bought Digi half year back and still holding it. It doesn't seen to be better than this counter. If you compare the same entry price (1 unit Digi = 8 unit Redtone), Redtone will give you better return than Digi (including the dividend). I will buy Redtone for long term as they have room to grow compare to those big Telcon share which having big amount of debts.

Lets look at last previous year profit they made and try to give a guess on the coming financial result. Normally they will compare with last year same quarter result. Last year result post basic earning per share is 0.84. However, the previous quarter result earning per share only 0.74. So, in order to impress investor, the coming Q result has to be more the 0.84. Is it possible?

Most likely the 0,64 volume is support by Redtone Share Buy Back. Lets see how long it can support. I agreed that Redtone is still a good company to invest but I also wish to enter with the best purchase price

Bursa takes long time to review the proposal... some times it might takes few months. So, no one will know when Bursa will reply to ECM regarding their proposal to lift up from PN17. With the good quarterly results that ECM shown, there should not be a problem for it to lift up from PN17

My personal opinion is, in short term, Willow will re-adjust back to 0.68 instead of flying high, The new contract awarded 'wind' already over. But for long term investor, no harm for holding it.

I think for any transaction of shares (either buy or sell) from the directors has to be report to Bursa and announce to public. I know we can actually see the detail of each transaction done previously from Kenanga online trading system. But recently,the system not able to see anymore.

Actually if you trace back the history of the new business awarded announcement and the price performance on the following days, it will not goes up a lot (or even move also). The main reason is, the open market shares for Willow are very limited. The biggest share holder is Tamasek (in Singapore). And a lot of the small share holders are holding the shares for years just to collect good dividend yearly

Share market is open. If you trust in this share, you purchase and hold. If you are not trust in this share, you can always look for others. For me, I have the same understanding as Mr. Koon. I started purchase this shares 1 year ago even before Mr Koon 1st comments.

ECM before been acquired already not really making profit. So, I did not expected much after Kenanga acquired ECM. However, for long term, I still feel that Kenanga can do better than what they are doing now.They need to do more research on shares and let people 'buy' their research. This way, people will gain faith in Kenanga and will use them as their trading partner.

This company is holding plenty of valuable lands, either in Penang or Shah Alam. If the land is revalue, the current share price is definitely under value. One of the important point as an investor is to look for future / potential grow of the company. The past quarter results are just for reference. It will not determine the future grow of that company. I think GOB still a very promising counters to invest for long term. Of course if you just aim for fast money, this counter might not be suitable for you.

Ya. something might be happening. But if looking at the history trend, it will not last long at higher price after 0.73. This is my opinion only. Last round, I bought at 0.63 and sold at 0,73 in within 2 weeks time. After that, it backs again to 0.66

littlebee, Just my opinion. Since you have been holding this share for long time, why not just hold for another 1 more month until the new vehicle rule announce in Jan 2014? Maybe there might be some good news for local automotive maker.

Kenanga has fully paid ECM for the shares that purchased. Maybe next quarter will show better profit.

Actually... hit and run some time can gain more money than holding without release for a same period of time. Me and my friend bought AA at the same time. However, I have in and out for 3 times (i set my target to run when it hit 10% profit). The total money that I gain as of today on AA are much more than him even we invested in AA with the same amount of money.

kolim13, I sold it to take profit first. Actually, i feel a bit uncomfortable with the sudden increase in price. I have monitored Dialog for 2 years since the day I bought. There is always some one pushing it up suddenly for few days then it might drop back a bit.

Don't forget about the news as well. BIMB might acquire stake in Bank Muamalat from DRB-Hicom. If DRB Hicom sell Bank Muamalat, will get more cash in.

I just took my profit today after holding Dialog for nearly 2 years. Get a profit of 40%. Good luck to everyone who holding the share. I will definitely buy back again this share when there is an opportunity.

Don't think Dialog will declare special dividend. Even there is, will not so much as I agreed with Chaihuat that they need cash for Penggerang's project which only will give return profit to them in 2015

AK$$, if you are interested in US shares, can monitor Groupon (short term investment) and Goodyear (long term). I also invested in Nokia and bought in when it was 3.6. But now the price is high.

Plywood export used to be one of key income or core business for Jaya Tiasa. However, they have started to turn into palm oil industry couple years back. They use the land where trees have been chopped to plant palm oil. They also know that woods / trees are going to be finish one day. They need to look for other income / business. So, in long term, I think JayaTiasa will be doing well as one of the plantation players. I bought this share is to hold for long term.

Don't worry about this share. The PE value is only around 5. Still have room to increase. Furthermore, it keeps on increase their land-bank. It is just matter of time for it to increase.

Target price for Jaya Tiasa is 2.56.

Vinvin, fully agreed with you. Once we set our target, don't keep on changing. We can not monitor the situation day by day then change our target. I think it will be very difficult for you to sleep well daily if you are doing in this way.

Hi, Invest2mil. I agreed with you that selling share is the most difficult. When the price up, you aim for higher. When price drop, u hold and hope it will rebound. So, i have my own way of selling share, when hit certain % profit that I want, i will sell. Normally I will set my target as 10% return. Anyway, I will still stand on my own analysis, the price tomorrow will still continue to up. But not more, will close at around 2.85 - 2.87.

Those who pick up at 0.65 will gain 9% in 4 trading days. The return is much better than fix dopisit. Good move, Notion!

I think it is possible for the Gurney area to become 1,200 psf. Now the lowest market price for Gurney area already 980 psf. Lets say 8% increase in property next year, it will become 1,058 psf. 8% is easily hit anytime since everything is increase next year (electric=15%, petrol previously already increase 10%, gst coming soon in 2015 etc)

will buy in more tomorrow. Then only sell off next Thursday or Friday!!!!!
