I think people forgot about the 3 years stable income from LRT3. Most of shareholder are blinded by the comment "review the mega project" word instead of project that awarded to FOREIGNER COMPANY. Mahathir emphasized many times.

Existing LRT project is too late to be stopped. Minor risk of re-nego the contract, it may happen, it may not.. Market had factor in potential HSR & MRT contract in Gkent at price of 4.47 earlier, which is potential, all will be open tender. Thus, short term market will minus out the factors. Some will hold or average down.

Limit down is over react. This company is quite different from other gov related company. Fundamentally is strong (look at the cash, ROE, profit margin), had other businesses as well. Might have a short term dip due to emotion, but overall will be back.
